Expanding its services, SCAT also offers accounting and financial business assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises. Furthermore, the firm is involved in the development and management of paid nursing care homes. Established in 1969, the company, headquartered in Oyama, Japan, was formerly known as Tbcscat Inc. before officially changing its name to SCAT Inc. in May 2023.
