They also produce specialized battery and PCU coverings for hybrid vehicles, as well as a range of functional parts, including hood and tailgate hinges, steering hanger beams, hood locks, fuel filler pipes, and handbrake mechanisms. In addition to these, J-MAX manufactures high-precision components like clutch drums and hubs, clutch pistons, planetary carriers, belt pulleys, and holder stators. The company further supplies a variety of specialized dies, from hood outer draw and center pillar inner trim types to front pillar lower stiffener scudding, precision, and thickening dies. Complementing their manufacturing capabilities, J-MAX provides jigs and quality control (QC) inspection fixtures, exemplified by those designed for front door inners, front pillar composites, and side sill composites. Established in 1952, the company, formerly known as MARUJUN Co., Ltd., maintains its headquarters in Ogaki, Japan.
