Among its portfolio is IAH0968, a monoclonal antibody specifically engineered to enhance antibody-dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity, currently undergoing Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of biliary tract carcinoma and colorectal cancer. The company also develops IAP0971 and IAE0972, a pair of immunocytokines that have successfully concluded Phase I clinical trials for various advanced solid tumors, notably non-small cell lung cancer and colorectal cancer. These include IBB0979, an immunocytokine targeting solid tumors; IBC0966, a dual-action fusion protein (anti-PD-L1 antibody-signal regulatory protein) in clinical development, designed to elicit tumor-specific immune responses; IBD0333, aimed at tumor cells; IAN0982, another oncology candidate; and immunosuppressants ISH0988 and ISH0613, which are being explored for autoimmune conditions. Established in 2018, the company operates from its headquarters in Huzhou, China, and functions as a subsidiary of Sunho Wisdom Investments Limited.
