Beyond its core logistics operations, SBS Holdings is active in various other business segments. It manages a real estate portfolio, which includes leasing office spaces, residential units, and warehouses, as well as developing and selling dedicated logistics centers. The firm also provides human resource solutions, such as temporary staffing, employment placement, and outsourcing warehouse labor.
