The Property Investment segment, on the other hand, is dedicated to real estate investments. Furthermore, the company extends its services to include product design and software development for mobile devices, along with mobile phone repair and property management. Established in 1993 and headquartered in Shenzhen, China, the company was formerly named China Wireless Technologies Limited before rebranding to Coolpad Group Limited in January 2014.
