Other pipeline assets include JAB-6343, an inhibitor targeting fibroblast growth factor receptor 4 for advanced hepatocellular carcinoma exhibiting FGF19 overexpression; JAB-2485, an aurora A kinase inhibitor for solid tumors; JAB-24114, which targets a tumor metabolic pathway for solid tumor treatment; and JAB-BX300, a molecular antibody designed to target the RAS pathway for pancreatic and other solid tumors with KRAS mutations. The company maintains a strategic partnership with AbbVie Ireland Unlimited Company for the development and commercialization of SHP2 inhibitors. Established in 2015, Jacobio Pharmaceuticals is headquartered in Beijing, China.
