Their plant-based cheese line features varieties such as Bold Cheddah (white cheddar style), Cheedah (medium cheddar style), Dill'ish (garlic and dill-havarti style), Goud AF (smoky gouda style), and Pepper Jack (Monterey Jack style). Furthermore, the company manufactures a selection of plant-based meat items, including sausages, steaks, burgers, and meatballs, all certified gluten-free, soy-free, and Non-GMO, under the Butcher's Select and The Very Good Butchers brands. The company's products are distributed and sold across all ten Canadian provinces and three territories, as well as all 50 states in the United States, through online sales, wholesale agreements, and their own Victoria Flagship Store butcher shops and restaurants located in Victoria, Canada.
