Its operations are structured into three main divisions: Corporate Banking Business, Retail Banking Business, and Treasury Business. The Corporate Banking segment offers deposits, various types of loans, settlement and clearing services, among other solutions for businesses. For individual clients, the Retail Banking segment provides deposit accounts, bank and credit cards, personal and collateral-backed loans, and personal wealth management advisory. The Treasury Business segment handles money market placements, investment activities, repurchase agreements, and foreign exchange transactions. Additionally, the bank facilitates advances, payment processing, and finance leasing services. As of December 31, 2021, its network encompassed 15 branches situated in key cities such as Jinzhou, Beijing, Tianjin, Shenyang, Dalian, Harbin, Dandong, Fushun, Anshan, Chaoyang, Fuxin, Liaoyang, Huludao, Benxi, and Yingkou. Founded in 1997, the company initially operated as Jinzhou City Commercial Bank Co., Ltd. before adopting its current name, Bank of Jinzhou Co., Ltd., in December 2015. Its headquarters are located in Jinzhou, People's Republic of China.
