Its food division manufactures a broad array of processed goods, including imitation crab products, a variety of frozen convenience meals, and an extensive line of cured meats such as ham, sausages, bacon, and BBQ items, along with pizza toppings and hot dogs. The company also produces traditional East Asian staples like fish cakes and dumplings. Through its deep-sea fishing operations, Oyang supplies numerous marine species, encompassing popular varieties like pollock, cod, herring, and snapper, as well as an extensive selection of tuna (including bluefin, big-eye, yellowfin, albacore, and skipjack), marlin, squid, hoki, and whiting.
