After successfully allocating the initial EUR 100 million raised into nine distinct investments, Yatra secured an additional EUR 120 million through a Secondary Offering and Placing in October 2007. All investments are channeled through K2 Property Limited, a fully-owned subsidiary and fund registered in Mauritius. The Investment Manager employs in-depth market analysis and a stringent due diligence process to identify and secure attractive investment prospects.
