Its core development programs are concentrated on immuno-oncology gene therapies designed to combat various forms of cancer. The company's offerings include the Duet Platform, which incorporates CpG signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3) inhibitors. Another significant product is MRI-1867, a cleverly engineered, orally administered, dual-action hybrid small molecule. MRI-1867 functions as an inverse agonist of the endocannabinoid system's cannabinoid receptor 1 (CB1) and additionally acts as an inhibitor of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS).
