(ATSG), along with its various subsidiaries, operates both domestically within the United States and on an international scale, primarily focusing on aircraft leasing, air cargo transportation, and a wide array of associated support services. Within the aviation sector, its services are extensive, covering aircraft provision, professional flight crews, aviation fuel supply, and aircraft hull and liability insurance. Furthermore, ATSG performs thorough aircraft maintenance and modification work, which includes airframe alterations, heavy overhauls, component repairs, specialized engineering services, and routine line maintenance. Beyond its airborne activities, ATSG delivers a wide array of ground-based and logistics support. These services include equipment upkeep, efficient cargo load transfer and package sorting, and comprehensive crew training. Its ground operations manage labor for cargo handling, oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of material handling equipment, and provide both leasing and maintenance for ground support equipment, alongside general facilities management. Other offerings extend to equipment installation, vehicle repair, jet fuel supply, and deicing services. The company also operates airline express services, line and heavy maintenance, and ground handling. ATSG also actively runs both cargo and passenger transport operations. It engages in the resale and brokerage of aircraft components and specializes in converting passenger aircraft into freighter or combi configurations. The company serves a diverse clientele, including air carriers, logistics providers, e-commerce businesses, package delivery firms, freight forwarders, and governmental entities. As of December 31, 2021, ATSG maintained an active fleet comprising 107 owned aircraft and an additional ten aircraft secured through leases. Established in 1980 and headquartered in Wilmington, Ohio, the organization was previously known as ABX Holdings, Inc.
