Its extensive global footprint spans North America (United States, Canada, Mexico), Asia (including China), the Middle East, Australia, Africa, Europe, and South/Central America. Established in Calgary, Canada, in 1998, the company operated as AeroMechanical Services Ltd. until it adopted its current name, FLYHT Aerospace Solutions Ltd., in May 2012.
