The company also delivers critical oilfield services, provides engineering and technical support for the oil and gas industry, and engages in the sale of related equipment. Founded in 1970, the company was formerly known as TIME Engineering Berhad, adopting its current name, Dagang NeXchange Berhad, in May 2014.
