Furthermore, BLU-701 and BLU-945 are in the pipeline for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-driven non-small-cell lung carcinoma, while BLU-451 targets NSCLC specifically in patients with EGFR exon 20 insertion mutations. The company's broader pipeline includes BLU-782 for fibrodysplasia ossificans progressiva, BLU-222 for cyclin E aberrant cancers, and BLU-852 for various advanced cancers. To expand its reach and capabilities, Blueprint Medicines has established collaboration and licensing agreements with several partners, including Clementia Pharmaceuticals, Proteovant Therapeutics, CStone Pharmaceuticals, Genentech, F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd and Hoffmann-La Roche Inc., and Zai Lab (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Founded in 2008, the company was initially known as Hoyle Pharmaceuticals, Inc., before rebranding to Blueprint Medicines Corporation in June 2011. Its headquarters are located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
