The Residential Property Development arm focuses on conceiving and marketing various housing initiatives, encompassing both individual residences and multi-unit dwellings. Meanwhile, its Commercial Property Development unit is responsible for identifying, funding, constructing, leasing out, and ultimately selling commercial real estate assets.
