This total included 9,808 company-managed locations spread across North America, Europe, and Asia, complemented by approximately 1,800 stores licensed under the Circle K banner in countries such as Cambodia, Egypt, Mexico, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, and Vietnam. Established in 1980 and headquartered in Laval, Canada, the company was formerly known as Actidev Inc. until its name change in December 1994.
