These include providing technical guidance, overseeing project management and supervision, conducting detailed cost analysis (quantity surveying), managing tendering processes, offering Building Information Modeling (BIM) expertise, performing geotechnical investigations and engineering surveys, and carrying out rigorous testing and inspection to guarantee building quality. Furthermore, the Group extends its operations into direct project contracting, undertaking both general and specialized construction agreements. Its business portfolio also encompasses ventures in technology, information, and investment. Established in 1952, the company was previously known as East China Construction Group Co., Ltd. and is headquartered in Shanghai, China.
