For other financial institutions, it facilitates the issuance of financial bonds, inter-bank lending and borrowing, and commercial financing solutions. Furthermore, the company offers expert services in investment advisory, legal consultation, and risk management, alongside general financial consulting. Beyond these, its activities extend to asset securitization, custodian services for financial institutions, and the winding down and liquidation of enterprises. With a broad geographical footprint, it maintains 33 branch offices across 30 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities throughout Mainland China, as well as in Hong Kong and Macau. Established in 1999, its corporate headquarters are situated in Beijing, People's Republic of China.
