Its clientele primarily consists of ship operators, marine agencies, cargo owners, freight forwarders, and various other commercial parties. Established in 1845, its headquarters are located in Novorossiysk, Russia. PJSC Novorossiysk Commercial Sea Port operates as a subsidiary of Public Joint Stock Company Transneft.
