HPI's primary goal is to maximize the sustained income and capital growth from these investments for its Securityholders. Roughly 93% of the company's income stems from these pub leases. The remaining rental earnings are derived from various on-site specialty stores, occupied by a diverse mix of franchisors and franchisees including brands like 7-Eleven, Nando's, Subway, and Quest Apartments. Hotel Property Investments Limited serves as the Responsible Entity for the Trust.
