It also extends financing solutions to healthcare providers. As of September 30, 2020, the company's portfolio comprised twelve healthcare properties. These assets are either leased or managed by independent third-party operators under triple-net lease agreements, or they are directly managed and operated by the company itself. The organization makes a strategic decision to operate facilities internally when it determines such an approach to be most beneficial and efficient.
