This segment also delivers treasury products for financial and commodity markets, in addition to investment banking services across local and international capital markets. These investment banking services include advisory roles, securing and underwriting funding through both public and private issues of financial instruments, and engaging in proprietary trading of equity, debt, and derivative instruments. In contrast, the Consumer Bank division caters to individuals, micro-enterprises, and sole proprietorships. It supplies essential personal banking products such as bank accounts, a variety of loans (including cash and mortgage loans), credit cards, and asset management services. Furthermore, it acts as an intermediary for the distribution of investment and insurance products. Bank Handlowy w Warszawie S.A. operates as a subsidiary of Overseas Investment Corporation.
