Beyond its vessel fleet, the company delivers a comprehensive suite of specialized services. These offerings include rig mobilization and anchor handling, crew change and rig supply logistics, emergency firefighting and rescue operations, air diving and remotely operated vehicle (ROV) support, assistance for offshore windfarm installations, pipe tailing support, seismic survey support, cable laying support, and harbor towage. The company was established in 1970, originally operating under the name PT Swakarya Mulia Shipping, before officially adopting its current identity as PT Wintermar Offshore Marine Tbk in September 2010. Its corporate base is located in West Jakarta, Indonesia.
