The Food Service segment is dedicated to the creation and sale of a range of bakery items, including specialty lye bread products like pretzels, baguettes, croissants, hot dogs, and various sandwich snacks. This segment operates under brand names such as BackWerk, Ditsch, Brezelkönig, and SuperGuud. Furthermore, it manages Caffè Spettacolo, its chain of coffee bars.
