As of the close of business on December 31, 2021, its confirmed hydrocarbon reserves amounted to 1,416 billion cubic feet of natural gas equivalent. Established in 1979, the organization was originally known as Swift Energy Company until it adopted its current name, SilverBow Resources, Inc., in May 2017. The company maintains its main office in Houston, Texas.
