The company holds a license for the prospective Agadem Rift Basin, an area spanning approximately 13,655 square kilometers in southeastern Niger. Its portfolio further includes an 80% ownership in Nigeria's Uquo field, a 51% interest in the Stubb Creek oil and gas field, and an 80% stake in the Accugas midstream assets, all situated in southeastern Nigeria. Beyond these ventures, Savannah Energy is actively involved in developing various other energy-related projects across the African continent. Established in 2014, the firm, initially known as Savannah Petroleum Plc, adopted its current name, Savannah Energy PLC, in April 2020 and maintains its headquarters in London, United Kingdom.
