PJSC Novolipetsk Steel, along with its affiliated companies, is a major... PJSC Novolipetsk Steel, along with its affiliated companies, is a major producer and global supplier of steel products. Its extensive operations are organized into six distinct segments. The Mining division is responsible for the extraction, processing, and distribution of raw materials such as iron ore, fluxing limestone, and metallurgical dolomite, supplying both internal steel production and external clients. The Russian Flat Products segment specializes in producing coke and a diverse range of flat steel goods, including pig iron, steel slabs, hot and cold rolled steel, as well as galvanized, polymer-coated, and electro-technical steel sheets. Its Russian Long Products segment transforms collected and recycled scrap iron into long steel products, reinforcing rebars, and various metalware. In the United States, the NLMK USA segment manufactures and distributes steel products. The NLMK DanSteel and Plates Distribution Network segment focuses on the production and international sale of steel plates, particularly across Europe. Lastly, the Investments in NBH segment provides hot and cold rolled coils, steel plates, and galvanized and pre-painted steel products, alongside operating steel service centers. NLMK's steel is a critical component in a wide array of industries, including oil and gas infrastructure, automotive, truck and railroad transportation, mining and agriculture machinery, shipbuilding, specialized equipment, construction, household appliances, and energy generation. Established in Lipetsk, Russia, in 1931, the company's global footprint spans Russia, North America, the European Union, the Middle East, the Commonwealth of Independent States, Central and South America, Asia, Oceania, and other international markets. PJSC Novolipetsk Steel is a subsidiary of Fletcher Group Holdings Limited.
