It also offered licensing agreements for its hydrogen cartridge technology and designs to other enterprises specializing in fuel cell system development. A significant strategic alliance was forged with The Dow Chemical Company, aimed at commercializing its hydrogen battery solutions within the military and consumer electronics spheres. Additionally, it maintained a joint development and licensing pact with Horizon Fuel Cells Plc. Established in 1998, the company was headquartered in Eatontown, New Jersey. Millennium Cell Inc. is presently undergoing liquidation.
