Genomic Vision also offers specialized FiberProbes, including "Genomic Morse Code" sets for detecting mutations associated with hereditary breast and ovarian cancer (BRCA), as well as for identifying and characterizing structural variations related to hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer, particularly anomalies in the flanking regions of MMR genes. Additionally, their molecular combing services enable clients to validate planned gene editing events, identify substantial unintended modifications (exceeding 1 kilobase), and precisely quantify on-target versus off-target genetic changes. The company reinforces its position through strategic partnerships, including an alliance with Quest Diagnostics and development and research collaborations with La Timone Hospital and the Institut Pasteur, respectively.
