GC027: A TruUCAR-powered allogeneic CAR-T product targeting CD7, presently in Phase I clinical development for adult T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Additionally, Gracell's pipeline features: GC007g: A donor-derived allogeneic CAR-T cell therapy directed at CD19, currently in a Phase 1/2 registrational study for r/r B-ALL. GC502: An off-the-shelf, TruUCAR-enabled allogeneic CAR-T candidate engineered to target both CD19 and CD7, which is in Phase I trials for B-cell malignancies. Beyond these, Gracell maintains a broader portfolio of earlier-stage therapeutic candidates addressing diverse oncological conditions, including ovarian cancer, breast cancer, peripheral T cell lymphoma (a subtype of NHL), and T cell lymphoblastic leukemia. Established in 2017, the company's headquarters are situated in Suzhou, China.
