Under Managed Services, Ericsson offers vital support to telecom operators, including network and IT managed services, network design and optimization, and application development and maintenance. This segment also encompasses entities like Red Bee Media, MediaKind, and other developing businesses. Ericsson maintains a substantial international presence, conducting business across North America, Europe and Latin America, the Middle East and Africa, Southeast Asia, Oceania, India, Northeast Asia, and numerous other regions worldwide.
