In Greece, the company maintains a substantial infrastructure network, featuring 1,682 service stations, 15 fuel storage and distribution hubs, 24 airport refueling points, 2 LPG bottling plants, and a lubricant manufacturing and packaging facility. Founded in 1998, the company was previously known as Hellenic Petroleum Holdings Societe Anonyme before adopting its current name, HELLENiQ ENERGY Holdings S.A., in September 2022. Its corporate headquarters are located in Marousi, Greece.
