Cowen provides strategic financial guidance and assists both publicly traded and privately held companies in securing capital through public offerings and private placements. Furthermore, it executes transactions in a variety of financial instruments, such as ordinary shares, exchange-traded options, and hybrid equity products, primarily on behalf of its institutional investment clientele. The firm also furnishes a diverse range of investment products and liquidity-focused solutions to both institutional and individual investors, supported by its robust investment research capabilities. Beyond these core services, Cowen participates in direct private investments, private real estate ventures, and manages various other long-standing investment portfolios. Established in 1918, Cowen Inc. maintains its corporate headquarters in New York City.
