The Tourism and Leisure segment includes interests in hotel investments in Cuba and operations of a travel agency that provides services to international clients for travel to Cuba. The Other segment refers to the interest from loans and lending facilities. The company was founded on October 10, 1995 and is headquartered in St. Peter Port, Guernsey.
