Radial-leaded devices serve sectors including AC/DC power adapters, general power supply units, USB hubs and accessories, computer peripherals, medical instruments, industrial controls, and automotive as well as motor protection systems. Dedicated battery protection devices are specifically engineered for mobile phones, laptops, netbooks, personal digital assistants (PDAs), portable multimedia players, MP3 players, and game consoles. Beyond PPTC offerings, Polytronics also provides: Telecommunications protection products compatible with xDSL, VoIP, MDF modules, Ethernet, analog and digital telecom line cards, modems, telephones, and facsimile machines. Current limiting modules crucial for notebooks, cellular phones, ultrabooks, tablet PCs, cordless vacuum cleaners, E-bikes, self-balancing scooters, energy storage systems, and automotive applications. A broad array of discrete circuit protection components, including surface mount fuses, transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diodes, thyristor surge suppressor devices, electrostatic discharge (ESD) protectors, metal oxide varistors (MOVs), gas discharge tubes (GDTs), and various overvoltage protection elements, alongside related semi-finished goods, modules, and dies. In the realm of thermal management, the company offers: Thermal conductive boards for automotive lighting, power modules, solar cells, IC packaging, and LED applications. Thermal setable pads, thermal dissipation coating materials, thermal conductive inks, and heat dispersing materials to manage heat effectively. Additionally, Polytronics produces LED lightings and modules. The company maintains a significant operational presence across Taiwan, China, the United States, and other international markets.
