Xinhua Winshare's extensive portfolio further includes the wholesale and retail of pre-packaged food and dairy products, import and export trade, property leasing, catering, ticket agency operations, and advertising agency and leasing services. Moreover, the company is involved in general goods wholesale and retail distribution, project investment and management, and the organization and planning of cultural and artistic exchange events. Additionally, it provides information technology services, including computer software development and system integration, business consulting, travel agency functions, study tour event planning, and conference and exhibition management. Established in 2005 and headquartered in Chengdu, People's Republic of China, the company was initially known as Sichuan Xinhua Winshare Chainstore Co., Ltd. before rebranding to its current name in 2010. It operates as a subsidiary of Sichuan Xinhua Publishing and Distribution Group Co., Ltd.
