In addition to its core bus manufacturing business, the company diversifies its operations through several other ventures. These services cover tourist passenger transport, property management, logistics (encompassing transportation and warehousing), and vehicle rental solutions. The company, which was originally named Zhengzhou Yutong Bus Co., Ltd., was founded in 1963 and maintains its headquarters in Zhengzhou, China.
