Its financial services further extend to import/export factoring and direct lending facilities for both businesses and private individuals. For financial institutions, it provides comprehensive debt collection and management services, which include the appraisal of debt and collateral, asset auctions, and the administration of past-due accounts receivable. The company also diversifies its operations into life and property insurance brokerage, the recovery of delinquent accounts, wholesale gasoline distribution, and full lifecycle management of solar power plants (encompassing investment, engineering, procurement, construction, operations, and maintenance). Additionally, it engages in real estate development. Complementing these, Chailease offers residential property leasing and management, financial consulting and trading activities, mortgage solutions, and cloud-based software products. Established in 1977, Chailease Holding Company Limited is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan.
