Through its Hotels and Resorts segment, the company manages and operates a collection of hotels. Its Investment Holding activities encompass investments in shares and bonds, property rentals, and company leasing. The Plantation segment is dedicated to the cultivation of oil palms. Within Investment Properties and Trading of Building Material Products, the company undertakes property development, manufactures wire nettings, meshes, barbed wires, nails, and concrete products, and distributes cement. In the Healthcare sector, Oriental Holdings manages a medical center, a nursing college, and an integrated lifestyle retail pharmacy. Beyond these core operations, the company provides a range of additional services, including money lending and leasing, management, marketing, advertising, central reservation services, land reclamation, and insurance.
