The company's operations are divided into several key segments: domestic convenience stores, the Seijo Ishii supermarket business, entertainment-related activities, financial services, and its overseas ventures. Its convenience outlets offer a broad spectrum of products, encompassing ready-to-eat meals such as bento lunchboxes, rice balls, deep-fried snacks, and salads, alongside coffee and various sweets. Customers can also find over-the-counter pharmaceuticals, prescription medicines, cosmetics, and everyday household items. Beyond merchandise, Lawson provides services like event ticket sales and the distribution of music CDs, DVDs, and books, both in its physical stores and online. Additionally, the company manages a chain of supermarkets, oversees HMV stores, runs United Cinemas movie theaters, operates MACHI cafés, and provides ATMs within its Lawson locations, while also engaging in banking-related services. As of its latest reporting, Lawson, Inc. boasts 14,640 Lawson, Lawson Store 100, and Natural Lawson outlets in Japan. Its extensive portfolio also includes 389 United Cinema movie screens, 57 HMV stores, 24 nursing care consultation centers, 13,458 LAWSON ATMs, 154 Seijo Ishii supermarket locations, and 335 facilities identified as Lawson hospitals.
