The company's extensive wooden product portfolio includes large-scale timber structures such as villas for leisure resorts, tourist attractions, and parks, alongside non-residential timber sheds like pavilions and gazebos designed for recreational or storage purposes. It also supplies raw timber logs and produces complete timber houses with their associated components. For recreational use, it offers items like play swings, sand tables, and outdoor rocking chairs for children, suitable for public parks and private gardens. Its furniture selection spans outdoor tables and chairs, as well as indoor items such as beds and cabinets. Furthermore, the company provides landscaping products including flower carts, railings, and litter bins for gardens and scenic spots, in addition to pet-home products like birdhouses, dog kennels, rabbit hutches, and hamster cages. Beyond manufacturing, the firm actively participates in timber trading and contributes to environmental efforts by recycling and producing biomass pellet fuels. It also maintains a direct retail channel for its outdoor wooden products through company-operated stores. Established in 1995, the company is headquartered in Zhangping, China. It adopted its current name, China Environmental Technology and Bioenergy Holdings Limited, in June 2016, having previously operated as Merry Garden Holdings Limited.
