The firm oversees well-known cruise brands such as Star Cruises, Dream Cruises, and Crystal Cruises, while also running the MV Werften and Lloyd Werft shipyards, complete with associated docking facilities. Beyond its extensive maritime interests, Genting Hong Kong is involved in Resorts World Manila, an integrated resort complex situated in the Philippines. The company's diverse portfolio extends to bareboat chartering, the development and management of hotels, creating and marketing commercial properties, property leasing, and offering property management, catering, and entertainment services. Additionally, it provides critical support functions like cruise sales, marketing, and general assistance, alongside shipbuilding, vessel conversion and maintenance services, travel agency provisions, and ownership of ships currently under construction. Established in 1993 and based in Tsim Sha Tsui, Hong Kong, the company adopted its current name in 2010, having previously been known as Star Cruises Limited.
