The company offers general aviation services, including helicopter maritime oil and gas flight services, emergency rescue, port pilotage, land-based general aviation, and general aviation maintenance services. It also owns and operates a fleet of approximately 80 helicopters. In addition, the company provides flight services to Chinese government departments and enterprises for official flights, maritime law enforcement monitoring, maritime rescue, disaster relief, and medical assistance. Further, it engages in helicopter leasing and management; repair and maintenance of helicopters, small fixed-wing aircraft airframes and engines, helicopter airframes and engines, aviation parts and accessories, avionics, and airborne auxiliary equipment; import and export of aviation materials, equipment, and technology; technical upgrades and modification of aviation accessories; aerial sightseeing, photography, patrol, and advertising; aviation operation support; aviation internet information technology and technical services; charter flights; leasing of machinery, equipment, and transportation equipment; design and production of civil aircraft parts; and training of civil aviation maintenance personnel. The company serves oil companies. The company was formerly known as China National Offshore Helicopter Professional Company. CITIC Offshore Helicopter Co., Ltd. was founded in 1983 and is headquartered in Shenzhen, China.
