Additional offerings encompassed travel luggage, office furniture and supplies, pet care products, and various electronics. Founded in Dallas, Texas, in 1974, the company eventually encountered severe financial distress. It initially filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection, along with its affiliated entities, on February 14, 2023. This reorganization attempt was subsequently converted to a Chapter 7 liquidation on August 1, 2023.
