The Master Planned Communities segment focuses on developing and selling various single-family homes, including both detached and attached structures ranging from entry-level to luxury, to residential builders and developers. It also sells or leases land parcels for commercial development, such as retail, office, hospitality, and residential projects. The Seaport District segment handles landlord operations, manages businesses, and organizes events and sponsorships. The Strategic Developments segment allocates capital to residential condominium and commercial property projects, with 18 development or redevelopment initiatives currently underway. The Howard Hughes Corporation was established in 2010 and its corporate headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas.
