Through its Real Entertainment segment, the company designs, manufactures, and markets amusement machines. This segment is also responsible for the planning and operation of various amusement facilities, offering comprehensive after-sales support and managing the sale of pre-owned equipment. The Visual and Music Production segment focuses on creating and distributing visual and musical content, including animated productions and package software. It provides audio engineering services, manages affiliated artists and fan clubs, and organizes live entertainment events. This division also produces visual content tied to performances and music, alongside merchandise and ticketing sales. Finally, the IP Creation segment is central to intellectual property development, involved in conceiving and producing animations, music, labels, and events. A key function is the management and administration of copyrights and other related rights. Established in Tokyo, Japan, in 2005, the company adopted its current name, BANDAI NAMCO Holdings Inc., in June 2014, having previously operated as NAMCO BANDAI Holdings, Inc.
