The New Initiatives and Others division covers sales from its B2B food distribution and Meituan grocery services, alongside an assortment of other ventures such as Meituan Instashopping, community e-commerce, shared bicycles and electric mopeds, and micro-lending facilities. Established in 2003, Meituan is headquartered in Beijing, China. The company rebranded to its current name, Meituan, in October 2020, having previously operated as Meituan Dianping.
