This includes products such as window frames, entry doors, shutters, gates, carports, railings, interior finishing materials, sidings, roofing supplies, and solar power systems. Its offerings are available under brands like Tostem and Exsior. The LIXIL Building Technology (LBT) segment caters to commercial construction, supplying items such as curtain walls, building window systems, and storefront facades. Lastly, the Housing & Services Business (H&S) segment manages homebuilding franchise networks, undertakes custom construction projects, offers land and property management services, provides support for real estate franchise development, and extends housing loans. This segment operates under brands including Lixil and ERA. Established in Tokyo in 1875, the company was formerly known as LIXIL Group Corporation before officially adopting its current name, LIXIL Corporation, in December 2020.
