Beyond these fundamental activities, Chengdu Xingrong Environment is deeply involved in all phases of reclaimed water projects. This includes capital investment, project design, construction, operational oversight, and ongoing maintenance and repair of the associated infrastructure. The company also offers technical development, consultation services, and the direct sale of treated reclaimed water. Furthermore, the company delivers specialized engineering and technical expertise. This encompasses the design, construction, and advisory services for water supply and drainage systems. Its advanced pipeline services cover crucial areas such as managing and controlling leaks in water supply networks, comprehensive inspection, cleaning, and restoration of drainage pipelines, precise localization of leaks in pressure pipelines, subterranean pipeline detection, engineering surveys, and detailed data analysis for pipe networks, among other related technical and consulting provisions. The company maintains a significant operational infrastructure, featuring eight water treatment plants, thirteen wastewater treatment plants, two facilities that convert waste to energy, two leachate processing plants, and a single plant dedicated to the treatment of sewage sludge. Established in Chengdu, China, in 1995, the company was previously known as Chengdu Xingrong Investment Co., Ltd. before officially rebranding to Chengdu Xingrong Environment Co., Ltd. in June 2015.
